Potokaki Beach is located in southeastern Samos, just south of Pythagoreio and very close to the Samos International Airport “Aristarchos of Samos”. It is one of the largest and most easily accessible beaches on the island, with a long, straight coastline stretching along the coastal plain.

The shore is mainly pebbly with some sandy sections, while the waters are clear and relatively deep, making it suitable both for swimming and for water sports. Due to its open orientation, the area often experiences wind, which makes it popular for windsurfing and kitesurfing.

Potokaki is largely an organized beach, with hotels, beach bars, and tavernas along the coast, but there are also quieter spots for those who prefer a more relaxed atmosphere.
