The museum consists of two buildings:

  • The Old Museum – A neoclassical building from 1912, exhibiting smaller statues, ceramics, and various artifacts.

  • The New Museum – A modern building housing the museum's main collection, including the famous Kouros of Samos, one of the largest ancient statues ever found.
